These terms cover your use of canspeed.cc and any order placed with us.

Fitment is your responsibility to confirm

We list the vehicles a part is made for, and our fitment notes are given in good faith. The final check is yours: confirm the part number against the one you are replacing before fitting.

A part that has been fitted, marked or installed cannot be returned, so check before you turn a bolt.

Ordering

An order is an offer to buy, accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. If a line is unavailable we cancel and refund that line.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. If a price is listed in obvious error we contact you before shipping and you may cancel without charge.

Cores and exchanges

Where a part carries a core charge it is shown at checkout and refunded when the old unit reaches us in rebuildable condition.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty applies as stated on the product page. Warranty does not cover parts damaged by incorrect fitting, racing use, or continued driving after a fault appears.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss following directly from our failure to meet these terms. We are not responsible for labour costs, consequential damage or vehicle downtime.

Governing law

Canadian law, and the law of the province in which the business is registered.
