Coverage

Across Canada. Heavy and oversized items such as body panels and exhaust systems ship by freight and may take longer.

Processing

In-stock parts ordered before 1pm on a business day are usually picked the same day. Special orders ship when the supplier releases them, and we tell you the expected date at checkout.

Transit

Most addresses see 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote and northern addresses take longer, and winter weather adds time.

Freight items

Oversized parts are delivered kerbside by appointment. Someone must be present to receive and inspect them.

Damage in transit

Inspect before signing. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and tell us within 48 hours, or the carrier will refuse the claim.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed at collection. If it has not moved in several days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.
